What size tent do I need for 50 guests?
For a seated dinner, a 20x30 fits about 48 to 60 guests. For a standing crowd, a 20x20 can work. Size up if you want a buffet, bar or dance floor under the same roof.
Do I need a permit for a tent?
It depends on the town and the tent size. Larger tents may need a permit or inspection, so check with your local building or fire department and mention it when you ask for a quote.
Can a tent go on pavement or a driveway?
Yes. On pavement the tent is held down with weights instead of stakes, so tell us the surface when you request a quote.
What happens if it rains?
The roof covers your guests. Ask about sidewalls, which close in the sides against wind and blowing rain.
How far ahead should I book for graduation season?
As soon as you have a date. Late June graduation weekends and summer Saturdays are the first to fill across the Capital Region.
Do you rent tables and chairs without a tent?
Yes. Pick tables and chairs in the form and leave the tent off.
